At AlphaWave Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
Original Condition
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be free of any damage caused by the customer.
Proof of Purchase
You must have a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Please contact our customer support team at support@alphawave.one to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization
Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to return your product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Securely Package
Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is adequately packaged to prevent damage during the return shipment.
Ship the Product
Return the product to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that shipping costs will apply to returns due to no fault of AlphaWave Inc.
Important Note on Shipping Costs for Returns
Shipping costs will be applied only to orders returned due to no fault of AlphaWave Inc. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
Documentation of Damages or Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. To assist us in processing your return efficiently, we require photo or video evidence of the issue. This documentation helps us assess the condition of the product and determine the appropriate resolution.
Exchanges/Replacements
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please contact our customer support team at support@alphawave.one to request an exchange or replacement. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed and ship the replacement product within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items). We may make exceptions to our return policy in cases of extenuating circumstances. Please contact our customer support team to discuss any such situations.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
