All orders ship from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta.

Shipping Costs for Returned Orders
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Please note that shipping costs will only apply to orders returned due to no fault of AlphaWave Inc.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, including the December holidays and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Order Issues and Damages
Lost or Stolen Packages
While we take precautions to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. AlphaWave Inc. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
For your protection, all orders over $500 CAD will require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your order is safely delivered and received by the correct person.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@alphawave.one within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, video and photos of the damaged packaging and product.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label if your product arrives damaged.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alphawave.one. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Changes to Orders
If you need to change your order details (such as address or product quantity) after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@alphawave.one. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed, changes may not be possible.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes, and we are unable to ship to certain remote locations within Canada. If you live in a remote area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping availability.

Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, including December holidays and Black Friday/Cyber Monday. We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery.
